Position Overview: Customer Support Representative (Remote – US)

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing flight reservations and bookings by assisting customers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and upgrades while accurately processing payments and applying promotional codes or loyalty rewards.

  • Providing comprehensive travel guidance including information about flight schedules, routes, baggage policies, seat selections, and in-flight services to help customers make informed decisions about their travel plans.

  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, documenting all interactions in our customer relationship management system and following through to ensure complete resolution.

  • Navigating complex itineraries for customers requiring multi-city flights, connections, code-share arrangements, or special accommodations such as unaccompanied minors, passengers with disabilities, or VIP travelers.

  • Staying current with arenaflex policies and procedures including fare rules, travel restrictions, safety regulations, and emergency protocols to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including reservations, operations, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure continuity of service and accurate reporting.

  • Meeting performance metrics including average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution rates, and quality assurance standards while maintaining productivity goals.

  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and technological proficiency.
