What You'll Do
As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for managing real-time conversations with our existing leads across multiple platforms. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Conversation Management: Handle inbound and outbound chat conversations with existing leads, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries while maintaining a warm, approachable tone that reflects arenaflex's brand values.
- Bilingual Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Ukrainian and English-speaking leads, seamlessly switching between languages to ensure clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive communication.
- Relationship Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with leads through consistent, personalized follow-ups. Understand their needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information that helps them make informed decisions.
- Lead Qualification & Documentation: Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system, tracking lead status, preferences, concerns, and next steps. Use this information to contribute to continuous improvement of our lead management processes.
- Product & Service Expertise: Become thoroughly familiar with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information, address concerns, and highlight features that align with lead interests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive experience for leads. Escalate complex issues appropriately and share insights that improve our overall lead nurturing strategy.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators including response times, customer satisfaction scores, conversation completion rates, and lead conversion targets.

Essential Qualifications
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in both Ukrainian and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages—written and spoken.
- Chat Support Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in live chat support, customer service, or lead management roles, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM systems, and helpdesk software. Fast typist with excellent spelling and grammar in both languages.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers, listen actively, and provide solutions that meet their needs while aligning with business objectives.
