Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conversational AI Engineer to join our growing AI development team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced intelligent virtual assistants and conversational AI solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies. You will leverage your expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, and cloud architecture to create sophisticated chatbot systems that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Architect and build robust intelligent virtual assistants and chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.


• AI Model Training: Develop, train, and fine-tune conversational AI models to improve intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management capabilities.


• Cloud Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, highly available cloud architectures on AWS, leveraging services such as AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and related technologies.


• Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of conversational AI systems to enhance response accuracy, reduce latency, and improve overall user satisfaction.


• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, contributing to code reviews, best practices development, and knowledge sharing across the team.


• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet evolving customer needs.


• Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in conversational AI, natural language processing, and machine learning, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our solutions.


• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and operational procedures.


• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of AI-powered conversational systems.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.


• Professional Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in developing Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs), chatbots, conversational AI systems, or similar AI-driven solutions.


• AWS Expertise: Demonstrated extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem, particularly in building and deploying AI-powered applications.
