Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in increasing customer satisfaction and retention by providing accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information to members, customers, patients, and providers. You will build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines, ensuring that they fully utilize and maximize the benefits of their insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, customers, patients, and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.

  • Communicate effectively with members, customers, patients, and providers, both verbally and in writing, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding.

  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide accurate and informed support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking, with the ability to pass a language assessment.

  • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a related field or a combination of education and work experience.

  • Minimum typing speed of 30+ wpm, with the ability to work from home in a quiet environment.

  • High-speed internet access and a reliable computer or device.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of insurance products and services.

  • Previous experience working with diverse populations, including culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
