Role Overview: What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our organization, handling inbound phone calls from customers who rely on our expertise and support. This is a full-time position offering the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement after completing our comprehensive training program.

You'll work closely with Sales team members and collaborate with various departments to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and personalized service. Your ability to navigate multiple systems, think on your feet, and maintain composure under pressure will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle High-Volume Inbound Calls: Respond to a high volume of incoming phone calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.   • Starting Pay: $15.80 per hour

Work Schedule and Environment

  • Standard Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday

  • Hybrid Work Model: After successfully completing our 8-week training program, team members who meet work-from-home requirements will enjoy a hybrid arrangement – three days onsite at our La Porte City facility and two days working from the comfort of your home

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or related fields)
  • Commute Ability: Ability to commute to our La Porte City, IA facility from your home on a regular basis
  • Home Workspace: A secure, dedicated workspace at home that is free from distractions and suitable for professional work
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to operate and navigate multiple PC-based programs simultaneously
  • Internet Requirements: Stable internet connection with documented speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
