What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to customers of our prestigious client—a leading power and energy company. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Handling High-Volume Inbound Calls: Respond to a significant volume of customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Customer Issue Resolution: Assist customers with a wide range of concerns, including power outage reporting, payment processing, creating customized payment plans, and managing service activations or terminations.

  • Product and Service Upselling: On every eligible call, identify opportunities to offer valuable programs such as surge protection plans, home wiring coverage, and water heater repair services. Your ability to present these offerings persuasively and ethically will directly impact your earning potential.

  • Data Entry and System Navigation: Accurately document customer interactions, update accounts, and navigate multiple software systems while maintaining engaging conversations.

  • Meeting Performance Goals: Achieve targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales conversions.

Shift Details and Work Schedule

We offer predictable, weekday-only schedules that support your work-life balance:



  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Full-Time Commitment: 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime during peak periods, particularly during storm outages or seasonal high-demand times

  • No Weekends Required: Enjoy your weekends off while earning a stable, reliable income

  • Shift Flexibility: Depending on business needs, you may be assigned 8-hour or 10-hour shifts within the operating window

Qualifications We're Looking For

Essential Requirements



  • Experience: A minimum of one year of recent experience as an inbound customer service representative is required. This must be verifiable.

  • Sales Background: You must have previous experience in upselling or cross-selling roles, with documented goals and results that you can share during the interview process.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. Since all interactions occur over the telephone, you must be able to articulate clearly, listen actively, and maintain professionalism at all times.
