Position Overview


arenaflex is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Data Entry Specialist to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities


As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of our customer information systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Live Chat Customer Support: Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance to customers through live chat interfaces. Respond to inquiries, answer questions, and resolve concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain customer information, account details, subscription changes, and transaction records with precision and attention to detail. Ensure all data is entered correctly into our systems to prevent errors and maintain data integrity.

  • Account Management: Assist customers with account-related tasks, including profile updates, plan modifications, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting common issues. Process requests accurately while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in customer records to ensure the highest level of data quality.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Collaborate with other APAC team members to coordinate efforts and share best practices.

  • Confidentiality & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies. Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism.

  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the appropriate tracking systems. Maintain detailed records to support ongoing improvements in customer service processes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data entry processes, customer workflows, and overall service quality. Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications & Skills


To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:


  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is highly preferred and will be considered an asset.

  • Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is essential. Prior experience in customer service roles, particularly through live chat or messaging platforms, is strongly preferred.

  • Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40-50 words per minute and a high level of accuracy (98% or above). Must be proficient in using keyboard shortcuts and maintaining efficiency throughout extended work sessions.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies in data. Must take pride in producing error-free work and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to compose clear, concise, and professional responses. Excellent verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and live chat platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
