What You'll Do

As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant international shipping operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Shipment Coordination: Manage the initial setup of export and import finished goods shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from the factory to the end customer.


• Logistics Optimization: Book and coordinate the most cost-effective and efficient methods to import/export goods within anticipated requirements, always aiming for optimal resource utilization.


• Carrier Relationships: Collaborate with sea and air carriers to establish comprehensive transportation plans that meet our operational needs and timelines.


• Compliance Management: Ensure all export cycles comply with company and industry quality assurance standards, including customs regulations and international trade requirements.


• Documentation Excellence: optimally arrange logistics profiles in our systems and prepare all required documentation (Sea Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, IMO declarations, etc.) for seamless import and export operations.


• Stakeholder Support: Provide exceptional support to our partners throughout the shipment cycle, including rapid response to inquiries and effective issue resolution.


• Data & Analytics: Support logistics leadership by gathering, analyzing, and distributing logistics dashboards and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for candidates who bring a unique combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and interpersonal capabilities. To succeed in this role, you should have:

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience with demonstrated exceptional ability will also be considered.


• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations roles.


• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of international freight forwarding terms, standards, and Incoterms.


• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics management systems and software. Experience with tools like Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a significant plus.


• Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of accounting functions and data retrieval capabilities.


• Travel Availability: Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for operational requirements.
