EverLife is the fastest growing Medicare company in the country, seeking to expand its team of agents. The role involves enrolling clients into Medicare Advantage plans, with a focus on customer service rather than traditional sales, and offers flexible working conditions.


Responsibilities

  • Enrolling clients into Medicare Advantage plans provided by the government (extremely easy to sell)
  • Working within a system where team members below call leads, then hot leads are transferred directly to you on the phone *(No buying leads)*
  • Simple process — more like customer service than traditional sales

Skills

  • Ability to enroll clients into Medicare Advantage plans
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work remotely or in-office
  • Ability to set your own schedule
  • Willingness to participate in paid training (2 weeks)
  • Ability to work with a team and support system
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of leads
