Non-QM Scenario Desk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for being the subject matter expert in terms of internal guidelines and investor guidelines


• Responsible for fielding complex scenarios and assisting with lending solution suggestions


• Work in collaboration with Underwriting, Investors, Compliance, Sales, and Operations


• Serve as a liaison between branches (LO, LOA, Processor) and investors


• Accurately provide investor replies


• Collaborate with Delivery & Post-Closing to ensure post-closing issues are resolved


• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.


• Sound judgment and decision-making skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision


• Excellent organizational skills


• Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/VA guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of mortgage related experience preferred.


• 1+ year of NonQM knowledge preferred.


• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.


• Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.


• Experience using Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

This position is available as a Remote position.

Pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
