Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a
Onboarding Specialist
to work for one of our top global tech clients! As a
Onboarding Specialist
to support the successful launch of new grocery merchants onto its platform. This role is highly cross-functional and merchant-facing, focused on managing the end-to-end onboarding process and ensuring a smooth activation experience.

Pay:
$45-$47/hr. depending on experience

Location:
Remote- US

    Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for regional grocery merchants, from initial setup through activation
  • Execute and manage all steps within the onboarding/launch tracker to ensure timely and successful go-lives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants throughout onboarding and early lifecycle support
  • Partner with Local Express to coordinate integration efforts and maintain a strong working relationship
  • Lead and participate in recurring calls with Local Express to review onboarding progress, outstanding tasks, and blockers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., catalog, operations) to ensure accurate data and smooth onboarding execution
  • Monitor merchant progress post-launch and support success during the first 30 days of activation
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may delay onboarding or impact merchant experience
    Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, customer success, onboarding, or account management
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, managing external relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
