What You'll Do

As an Onsite Store Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth and business development. Customer Service Excellence


  • Deliver consultative, friendly, and expert service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care

Sales and Revenue Growth


  • Educate customers on business solutions and product offerings, including color printing, black & white copying, signs and graphics, holiday promotions, and custom marketing materials

  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services

  • Process customer orders accurately, providing pricing information in accordance with customer pricing agreements

  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities at assigned on-site locations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing on-site customer accounts

  • Manage bid follow-ups and provide consultation on complex orders

  • Implement onsite marketing programs such as lunch-and-learn sessions, student promotions, and client events

Operations and Production Management


  • Produce complex orders, prioritizing production schedules to meet deadlines

  • Perform final quality checks to ensure accuracy and excellence in every deliverable

  • Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders

  • Work with the arenaflex network and vendors to manage order flow and fulfillment

  • Track orders through the production process, providing updates to customers as needed

  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases and reporting systems

  • Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies and managing inventory controls

  • Utilize knowledge of on-site pricing and contractual obligations to ensure accurate billing

Financial Responsibilities


  • Assist with financial reporting, including daily sales tracking and close-outs

  • Process bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records

  • Contribute to profitability optimization by identifying cost-reduction opportunities

Compliance and Professional Standards


  • Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures consistently

  • Adhere to all legal, human resources, safety, and security policies and procedures

  • Complete required safety training and background checks as per on-site guidelines

  • Maintain professionalism and represent arenaflex positively at all times

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent education

  • At least one year of specialized experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Valid driver's license may be required depending on location

Essential Functions

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment:


  • Ability to stand for entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods

  • Ability to move and lift items up to 55 pounds

  • Ability to bend and twist at the waist and knees as needed

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members

  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction

  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting established performance standards
