What You'll Do as an Overnight Customer Service Representative

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues customers may encounter during their shopping experience.

  • Provide real-time assistance to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Product Expertise Development

  • Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Work Schedule & Environment

We offer flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance:



  • Schedule Options: Choose from 4-day or 5-day on-site schedules.

  • Shift: Overnight position with required weekend availability.

  • Location: Kenosha Branch – 12355 arenaflex Way, Kenosha, WI 53144.

  • Work Environment: State-of-the-art call center with collaborative workspaces and modern amenities.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
