What You'll Do

As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for the critical tasks that keep aircraft moving efficiently through the airport. Your responsibilities will include:

Loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and freight from aircraft using appropriate equipment and techniques

Operating belt loaders, baggage carts, and other ground support equipment to transport items between terminals and aircraft

Driving and operating specialized vehicles to position aircraft for departure and arrival

Connecting and disconnecting ground power units and air conditioning services to aircraft at gates

Performing tow and pushback operations to move aircraft safely to and from gate positions

Servicing aircraft lavatories and water ports as needed

Cleaning the interior of aircraft to maintain a comfortable environment for passengers

Positioning beverage and baggage trucks in designated ramp areas

Working outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, wind, and temperature fluctuations

Adapting to shift schedules that may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

Ability to lift, load, dump, and transport bags and freight weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

A customer-focused mindset with a positive and helpful attitude

Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, pilots, and passengers

A valid driver's license as required by local authorities

Ability to obtain airport security badges and/or US Customs clearances as applicable

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements

Ability to obtain aircraft bridge certification

Ability to pass US Postal Service background investigations

Preferred Attributes:

Previous experience in aviation, logistics, or warehouse operations

Familiarity with ground support equipment (GSE) operations

Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and overtime requirements
