As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet our clients' needs
  • Providing detailed information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that our clients' sales and service teams are equipped to close deals
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients

  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

To apply for this role, you must be able to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
  • Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
  • Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
