That's why we're offering an excellent part-time opportunity with flexible working hours between 9.30am to 5pm, Monday through Wednesday. What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Services Executive at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer care. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Support Excellence: Provide outstanding support to drivers via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, so your professionalism and warmth will set the tone for their entire experience with us.
  • Ownership and Follow-through: Keep drivers updated on the status of their queries and bookings, taking full ownership from initial contact through to resolution. You'll ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied with the outcome of their inquiry.
  • Booking Management: Process service, MOT, repair, and other fleet-related bookings efficiently and accurately. You'll work with our systems to schedule appointments that suit our customers' needs while optimizing our operational efficiency.
  • Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records and databases, ensuring all information is current, correct, and easily accessible for future interactions. Attention to detail is crucial in this aspect of the role.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the wider team to identify and drive service improvements. Your insights and suggestions will help us continuously enhance our customer experience and internal processes.
