Our experienced trainers will guide you through the examination process, providing you with comprehensive study materials and ensuring you are fully prepared to pass your exam with flying colors.

Once you successfully pass your exam, arenaflex will provide ongoing support to help you obtain your insurance license in all 50 states and territories where we operate. This means you will have the opportunity to work as a licensed insurance agent across the entire United States, opening doors to endless career possibilities and growth opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities



  • Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives on escalated matters

  • Assist policyholders with billing questions, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide comprehensive support to policyholders regarding policy changes and modifications

  • Evaluate policyholder needs and provide personalized recommendations while adjusting coverage as necessary

  • Utilize excellent decision-making skills and innovative approaches to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and departmental guidelines

  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management system

  • Adhere to compliance requirements and maintain confidentiality of customer information

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices with the team

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

  • Must be over 18 years of age

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Proficiency with desktop computer systems

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities

  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems

  • Excellent organizational and work prioritization skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability

Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous call center experience (6 months or more preferred)

  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology

As a remote team member, you must have a reliable and high-speed internet connection to effectively perform your duties. Please ensure you meet the following requirements:


  • Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps or higher

  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps or higher

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

  • Proof of internet speed will be required

  • Clean, quiet, and dedicated workspace free from distractions
