Key Responsibilities


  • Resolve complex consumer issues: Address intricate customer concerns that require advanced problem-solving skills and innovative solutions, ensuring each policyholder receives a satisfactory resolution.

  • Advise first-level representatives: Serve as a subject matter expert by providing guidance and mentorship to team members handling high-level escalations and complex inquiries.

  • Billing support: Assist policyholders with billing questions, payment concerns, and account inquiries, maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all financial communications.

  • Policy modifications: Support policyholders in requesting and processing changes to their insurance policies, including coverage adjustments, beneficiary updates, and policy cancellations.

  • Product recommendations: Analyze customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for insurance products and coverage options that best fit their circumstances.

  • Compliance adherence: Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure all interactions meet the highest standards of compliance.

Essential Qualifications


  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a professional setting

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally

  • Comfortable navigating desktop computer systems and various software applications

  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
