Position Overview: Premium Customer Experience Concierge
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Concierge to join our prestigious airport lounge team at arenaflex. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face and voice of arenaflex, representing our brand to our most valued card members in our exclusive Centurion Lounge located at the IAH Airport. You will be the first point of contact that sets the tone for our members' entire experience, making your role critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence.
As a member of our elite concierge team, you will function as a cohesive unit, working collaboratively to elevate our guests' experiences and deliver on our brand promise. The ideal candidate will possess the energy and drive to provide unparalleled service to premium card members in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, your primary mission is to become an indispensable part of our card members' journey by providing differentiated products and services that wake up enrollment every single day. You will achieve this by:
- Warm Welcomes & Seamless Access: Greeting our valued card members upon their arrival and providing efficient access to our exclusive lounge facilities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their experience.
- End-to-End Experience Ownership: Taking complete accountability for the client's journey from start to finish, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Problem Resolution & Brand Loyalty: Creating innovative solutions to address clients' issues or concerns, transforming challenges into opportunities to win their brand loyalty and convert satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Previous Premium Client Experience: Minimum of one year of recent experience successfully managing and serving high-end, premium clients in a luxury service environment.
- Hospitality or Travel Industry Background: Prior experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry is required, including hands-on experience with reservation systems and client service protocols.
