Real Estate Analyst

RWA Group is an early-stage real estate private credit company focused on delivering flexible financing solutions. The Real Estate Analyst role involves managing deal execution, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with team members to evaluate investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support residential loan origination efforts including loan structuring, valuation analysis, and deal execution
• Conduct detailed due diligence and evaluate/build borrower credit profiles
• Assist in structuring and packaging deals for internal review and capital partners
• Work with the team to prepare deal-specific investment memos and presentations
• Track and manage deal flow across internal systems
• Collaborate across teams to move deals efficiently from intake through closing
• Evaluating and underwriting residential real estate deals

Skills

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and real estate underwriting
• Ability to conduct market and industry research to support investment decisions
• Excellent skills in preparing professional presentations and comprehensive reports
• Superior communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, lending, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally
• Motivated to grow into an originations role over time
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate investment sector or relevant industry is an advantage
