Responsibilities
- What You Will Do
- Handle inbound and outbound phone leads with urgency, professionalism, and confidence.
- Qualify homeowners and prospects, uncover motivation, and set high-quality appointments.
- Consistently hit and exceeded daily call, contact, and revenue goals.
- Accurately track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with acquisitions and leadership to ensure a smooth handoff.
- Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking.
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals, ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded.
- Maintain an updated customer database, ensuring accurate information on prospective and past clients for effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Qualify incoming leads promptly to arrange appointments and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned geographies, expanding the client base and driving sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and effective communication throughout the sales process.
- Qualifications
- A reliable and fast Internet connection is essential to perform this role.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships.
- Sales training experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred, not required).
- Permanent U.S. residency (required).
