Recruiter, Virtual ( Contractor)
Posted 2026-05-05The Recruiter will play a key role in the company’s expansion. Scale the team by attracting and hiring top senior talent across Business Development, Revenue, Business Analysis, and Engineering.
Own the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and coordinating hiring decisions with leadership.
Partner with the founders to define role requirements and align hiring with the company’s growth roadmap.
Conduct market research on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends to inform the hiring roadmap.
Contribute to the development and structure of the company’s People/HR practices as the team grows.
Manage hiring processes across multiple locations, including US-based employees and international contractors.
Proven experience recruiting senior leadership (Director, VP, Head of, or C-level roles).
Experience recruiting within high-growth or early-stage environments (startup or 0-1 team building).
Candidates outside NYC may work in a hybrid arrangement with two pre-scheduled office visits per month, with travel expenses covered.
First interview with the team (45 min, remote) - Deeper conversation about your experience, the company, and role.
Final round with the team (60 min, remote) - Final discussions, clarifications, last details.
