Remote ACA Customer Support Specialist (Licensed) – $20–$25/hr

We’re looking for an experienced ACA Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a fully remote, non-sales role. This position is focused on supporting agents in real time — not selling.

If you know ACA, Sherpa, and dialers inside and out, and enjoy helping others perform at a high level, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Provide real-time support to agents during live calls

Answer questions related to ACA eligibility, enrollments, and plan details

Assist with Sherpa quoting and application troubleshooting

Help agents navigate the TLD Dialer and system issues

Support agents via Slack in a fast-paced environment

Help resolve issues with applications, AOR, and submissions

Assist with onboarding support and basic training when needed

Requirements

Active Health Insurance License (Required)

    Strong experience with:
  • Sherpa (Hello Sherpa)
  • TLD Dialer
  • Slack (or similar platforms like Teams)

Solid understanding of ACA (Marketplace, SEP, enrollments)

Ability to multi-task and respond quickly in real time

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working fully remote

Compensation

$20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Full-time, remote position
