What You'll Do: The Heart of arenaflex

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls from our Members (patients), Clients (healthcare facilities), and partners. You'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking transportation assistance, and your empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Responding to Inbound Calls: Professionally handle incoming calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing information, scheduling transportation, and addressing concerns with patience and care.

  • Transportation Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule non-emergency medical transportation for patients, ensuring timely arrivals for appointments, treatments, and procedures.

  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues related to transportation logistics, address complaints, and find creative solutions to ensure continuity of care.

  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately document call details, member information, and transportation requests in our customer relationship management system.

  • Member Support: Answer questions about benefits, services, policies, and procedures, providing clear and concise information.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with dispatch teams, drivers, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to performance standards, maintain call handling metrics, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
