Position Overview: Customer Care Specialist – AM Shift
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, representing our organization with professionalism, empathy, and excellence. This fully remote position plays a critical role in managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing comprehensive support across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Phone Communication & Client Support
- Answer incoming calls with clarity and precision, ensuring callers fully understand the information provided.
- Master the arenaflex platform (Pinnacle/Amtelco) to manage inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Provide comprehensive support by actively listening to callers, understanding their needs, and delivering accurate information.
- Direct inquiries and concerns to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring swift resolution and overall customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills when addressing caller needs and complaints.
Appointment Scheduling & Management
- Develop a full understanding of all customer accounts before handling calls, raising any concerns proactively.
- Schedule consultations between callers and clients, ensuring appointments are set with the appropriate person, for the correct reason, and for the appropriate duration.
- Maintain proper procedures for every account, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching and appointment booking.
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences while efficiently processing all appointments.
Customer Service Excellence
- Consistently uphold high standards of customer service, promoting a positive and professional experience for every caller.
- Quickly assess and understand various caller situations, demonstrating empathy and adaptability.
- Maintain a positive attitude and approach, even during challenging interactions.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Adhere to arenaflex's Quality Assurance policies, ensuring all interactions meet company standards for quality and professionalism.
- Actively seek feedback and engage in continuous self-improvement to enhance service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to refine your skills.
Team Collaboration & Flexibility
- Flexibly take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Contact Center.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain open communication with team members and management.
Work Schedule
This full-time position requires 40 hours per week across 4 days, with the following schedule:
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
- Work Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, plus Saturday & Sunday (alternating weekends)
- Work Environment: Fully Remote
Required Qualifications & Skills
Essential Competencies

- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Call Center Representative, or similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to discern caller needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency with the Amtelco platform (or ability to learn efficiently).
- Optimistic and creative approach to problem-solving, especially during challenging situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability and self-motivation.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Strong technical proficiency with contact center software and Microsoft Office suite (a plus).
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior call center experience is preferred but not required—we welcome eager learners!
Technical Requirements
- Personal PC/Laptop (Windows 10 or 11) with at least 8GB of RAM storage.
- Note: Chromebooks and Mac PCs are not accepted.
- Wired USB headset for clear communication.
- Webcam for video conferencing and verification purposes.
- High-speed internet access (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for seamless remote work).
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Sit for extended periods while handling calls.
- Talk and use repetitive motion for typing and data entry.
- Actively listen and use extensive verbal communication with callers.
- Read fine print on colored screens and monitors.
