This is a remote opportunity, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. However, please note that you must reside in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or a surrounding community within those states to be eligible for this position. Our training program will begin on May 13th, 2024, giving you the perfect opportunity to start your journey with arenaflex.
What You'll Do at arenaflex
As a Customer Care Specialist I in our Account Services division, you'll be much more than just a voice on the phone. You'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, representing our brand values in every interaction. Your mission will be to assess customer needs, provide solutions, and create experiences that leave customers feeling valued, understood, and satisfied.
Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:
- Assess customer needs by actively listening and asking the right questions to understand their unique situation and recommend products and services that genuinely meet their home and business needs.
- Navigate billing inquiries with precision and patience, adjusting accounts, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions or returns as needed.
- Manage customer concerns while achieving goals in three key areas: Serving, Solving, and Selling – ensuring every interaction adds value.
- Stay current on all arenaflex Business products and services, including our cutting-edge communications solutions, to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Own the customer experience from start to finish, taking full responsibility for resolution and follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Support internal sales representatives by providing exceptional service that builds trust and opens doors for additional business opportunities.
- Multi-task effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism across all customer interactions.
- Document interactions accurately in our systems to maintain comprehensive customer records and enable seamless handoffs when necessary.

Compensation and Schedule
We believe in rewarding our team members fairly for the value they bring to arenaflex. As a Customer Care Specialist I, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with opportunities for additional incentives based on performance.
Regarding your work schedule, we operate a shift bid process that you'll participate in before completing the training program. During training, you'll work with your Onboarding Supervisor to review available schedules and make selections that work for you. Our schedules are designed around our customers' needs – they're available when our customers need them. As a result, you'll have the opportunity to choose from a mix of 8-hour and/or 10-hour schedules, providing flexibility while ensuring we maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- Six (6) months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- One (1) or more years of customer service experience
- Excellent skills in creating exceptional customer experiences
- Sales orientation and ability to build customer rapport
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures quickly
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action
- Must live in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or a surrounding community within those states
- Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment
- Enthusiastic and personable demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in a customer service role (not specific to call centers)
- Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
- Ability to adapt to constant change in a fast-paced environment
