[Remote] Customer Onboarding Specialist (Future Openings)

The Customer Onboarding Specialist role is essential for ensuring a seamless customer experience from sales through onboarding, supporting the integration and adoption of the company's software.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience from sales through onboarding with knowledge of automotive finance and insurance workflows and terminology
• Assess and map customer requirements to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation
• Maintain proactive communication to align customer expectations on onboarding timelines and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to define account setup requirements and deadlines
• Identify and resolve process issues, developing scalable onboarding procedures as products evolve
• Educate customers on platform features, capabilities, and best practices
• Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding via video calls, phone, email, and chat
• Coordinate smooth transfer of customers to dedicated customer success managers post-onboarding
• Track and report on onboarding experience metrics

Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in implementation, onboarding, or other customer-facing roles at a SaaS startup
• Minimum 1 year experience in digital advertising, preferably Google and Facebook platforms
• Experience in automotive finance and insurance domain with familiarity of dealership F&I processes and terms preferred
• Basic troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• High energy, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and collaborate across departments
• Commitment to timely, quality delivery
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work
• Capability to work productively from a home office
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
