What You'll Do
As an arenaflex Care Guide, you will be supporting many of our renowned products, from smartphones and tablets to laptops and desktop computers. As our customers' primary resource, you will provide exceptional customer care, troubleshooting, and technical support. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support Excellence: Listen attentively to customers and use your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to address their needs while letting them know that behind our great products are amazing people.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze, isolate, and resolve various complex technical issues across multiple systems and applications while maintaining patience and composure.

Additional Requirements
Please note the following additional requirements for this position:
- Training Commitment: Available to attend approximately 3 days per month of required training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends.
- Flexible Scheduling: Flexible to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., including weekends and holidays, with the possibility to flex up or down hours depending on business needs.
- Training Completion: Successful completion of initial training is required before handling customer interactions independently.
