Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill full-time positions on our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for commercial truck drivers and motorists experiencing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and quickly coordinate with service providers will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
- Emergency Response Coordination: Handle incoming calls from truck drivers and motorists who have experienced breakdowns or roadside emergencies. Quickly assess their needs and dispatch appropriate roadside assistance services to their location.
- Intake and Dispatch Management: Process emergency road service calls with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that critical information is captured and relayed to service providers in a timely manner.
- Escalation Handling: Manage and resolve escalated issues originating from tire service centers and other partner locations. Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Service Provider Locator: Utilize our proprietary systems and external resources to identify and coordinate with available service providers in the customer's area, minimizing wait times and ensuring prompt assistance.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately input all relevant call information into our computer systems, including customer details, vehicle information, service requests, and dispatch outcomes.
- Sales Processing: Process new sales orders and assist with upgrading service panel types as needed. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Call Routing: Expertly transfer calls to appropriate departments or specialized call centers when customer needs require expertise beyond your assigned responsibilities.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all established quality standards and procedures, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in the English language. You must be able to clearly articulate information and maintain a professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC familiarity with proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM recommended). Ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
