Position Overview

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing claims data within our proprietary claims management systems. Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service & Data Entry Representative will provide comprehensive administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring all fields are completed correctly and in accordance with established protocols. Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality throughout the entry process.
- Claims Follow-Up: Proactively identify and address missing or incomplete information required to process claims. Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Invoice Review: Carefully review invoices for accuracy, verifying billing codes, amounts, and supporting documentation. Flag any discrepancies or inconsistencies for further investigation and resolution.
- Report Compilation: Generate and compile reports from our systems containing claims information. Organize data in clear, actionable formats for internal review and decision-making purposes.
