As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. - Use our CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer records, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives.
- Meet or exceed performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.
- Work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers orally and in written form
- Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

- Experience working remotely in a call center setting
- Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare
- Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
- Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
