This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of working remotely or from our office location in Wilmington, MA. As a CSR/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently coordinating our field service operations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing arenaflex with professionalism, empathy, and dedication. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help. Ensure every customer interaction results in satisfaction and a positive impression of arenaflex.
- Incoming Call Management: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from customers seeking service for plumbing, heating, electrical, drain cleaning, sewer repair, or gas work issues. Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Service Request Processing: Receive and process service requests, carefully listening to customer needs and providing appropriate solutions, pricing information, and scheduling options.
- Dispatch Coordination: Efficiently coordinate and schedule appointments for our team of service technicians. Match customer needs with technician expertise and availability to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Technician Routing: Strategically dispatch service calls to technicians, considering geographic proximity, urgency, skill match, and workload optimization to maximize productivity and minimize response times.
- Schedule Management: Maintain and manage technician schedules, making real-time adjustments as needed to accommodate emergency calls, cancellations, or new service requests.
- Communication Facilitation: Serve as the crucial link between customers and service technicians. Ensure all parties are informed of appointment details, service updates, estimated arrival times, and any changes or delays.
