Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at aren'taflex, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class support to our valued customers. Here's what you can expect in this role:


  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and through web chat. You'll handle billing inquiries, insurance verification, product questions, and service-related issues with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Inbound and Outbound Call Management: Manage both inbound customer calls and proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met. You'll be the voice of aren'taflex, representing our brand in every interaction.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate questions customers may have and provide solutions before issues escalate. Your proactive approach will help build long-term relationships with customers.

  • End-to-End Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish. When clinical or specialized advisement is necessary, you'll collaborate with our pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure customers receive comprehensive support.

  • Insurance and Billing Support: Help customers understand their insurance coverage, copays, and shipping needs. You'll be trained to navigate complex billing systems and provide clear, accurate information.

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our digital platforms. You'll help users troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth online experiences.

Qualifications We're Seeking

Basic Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED, home school completion, or equivalent certification)

  • Professional Experience: At least 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. Comfort with technology is essential for success in this role.

  • Internet Connection: Hardwired broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to your home. You'll need a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed to ensure reliable connectivity.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with a two-week advance notice. We're looking for team players who can adapt to changing business needs.

  • Home Work Environment: Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free of distractions. This means being able to devote full attention to customers during work hours, away from background noise like barking dogs, television, music, or children.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will help you stand out:


  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles

  • Experience in telehealth, pharmacy, or healthcare customer support

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
