Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill Remote Customer Service Representative positions. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries across multiple communication channels including phone, email, letters, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Multi-Channel Communication: Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including incoming phone calls, written correspondence, emails, and social media messages. Ensure each interaction reflects our brand values and leaves a positive impression.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, utilizing exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills. Exercise sound judgment when escalations are necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company policies.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, Store Managers, and Home Office personnel to resolve complex problems and answer questions. Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Documentation & Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolution details into our call tracking system. Maintain detailed records of customer information, transaction history, and follow-up actions to ensure continuity of service.
  • Brand Representation: Promote a positive company image at all times to support Customer Service objectives and our mission statement. Represent arenaflex with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every interaction.
  • Written Correspondence: Compose personal and professional replies to customer letters and emails. Maintain assigned reports and ensure all written communications are clear, accurate, and reflective of our commitment to customer care.
  • Loyalty Program Support: Update customer addresses for our Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed. Ensure loyalty members receive accurate information and their benefits are properly administered.
  • Social Media Engagement: Monitor Facebook and Twitter platforms to respond to customer comments, questions, and concerns. Encourage higher levels of engagement and provide additional assistance as needed. Make sound judgment calls that align with brand and customer service policies for social media-related issues.
  • Multi-Tasking & Volume Management: Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content while maintaining quality and accuracy in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Experience: One to three years of retail customer service or call center experience is required. Proven conflict management skills are essential for handling challenging situations professionally.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to articulate information clearly, listen actively, and convey empathy through written and spoken language.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic PC knowledge and solid typing skills are required. Comfort with learning and adapting to new software systems is essential.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively. Ability to think on your feet and make decisions that balance customer satisfaction with company policies.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: A flexible mindset oriented towards conflict resolution is crucial. Must be comfortable with evolving processes and embracing new challenges.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize work effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Internet Requirements: Candidates must have reliable, high-speed internet access at home. Cable internet provider is required; satellite internet is not acceptable for this position.
  • Location: Must reside in one of the following states: Wyoming, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Texas, North Dakota, or Arkansas.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:


  • Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail customer service

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software
