Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting our clients' business objectives. Here's what you can expect in this role:


  • Customer Support Excellence: Handle incoming customer calls regarding billing inquiries, service modifications, cancellations, order status checks, and general troubleshooting. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

  • Sales Activation: Identify opportunities to promote additional services, upgrades, and solutions that meet customer needs. Your sales acumen will help drive revenue growth while simultaneously solving customer problems and enhancing their experience with our clients' brands.

Essential Qualifications
