Key Responsibilities


As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that contribute to our overall customer experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You will handle incoming inquiries from customers seeking assistance with various aspects of their travel plans, ensuring each interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

  • Flight Bookings and Reservations: Assist customers with making new flight bookings, modifying existing reservations, selecting seats, upgrading cabins, and managing their itineraries. You will be trained on our booking systems to provide accurate information and seamless transaction processing.

  • Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy. This includes handling flight delays, cancellations, rebooking needs, baggage issues, and any other travel-related problems that customers may encounter.

  • Travel Guidance and Support: Offer comprehensive guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, fare rules, baggage allowances, check-in processes, and promotional offers. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource to help customers make informed decisions about their travel plans.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including reservations, operations, ground services, and management to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow through to ensure satisfactory resolutions.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. Document all interactions, follow-up actions, and resolutions to ensure continuity of service and enable data-driven improvements.

  • Product and Policy Knowledge: Stay current on arenaflex products, services, policies, and industry developments. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and provide customers with the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work independently. Our remote work model requires self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to manage your time effectively without direct supervision.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate online tools, applications, and multiple software systems. Familiarity with CRM software and call center platforms is advantageous.
