Position Overview: Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill Remote Customer Support Specialist positions. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with booking reservations, including creating new bookings, modifying existing reservations, canceling flights, and providing detailed flight information including schedules, availability, and pricing

  • Resolving complex issues by collaborating effectively with internal teams across departments, including reservations, operations, and management, while knowing when to escalate matters appropriately

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, services, and fare rules through continuous learning and participation in training sessions

  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity
