Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Vendor Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of vendor and product data within arenaflex's systems. Your attention to detail will help maintain the integrity of our supply chain operations, supporting both internal teams and external vendor relationships.

Core Duties Include:


  • Accurate Data Entry and Management: Enter, update, and verify vendor and product information in arenaflex's systems with precision and consistency. Ensure all data is correctly formatted and meets established quality standards.

  • Document Review and Verification: Review purchase orders, shipping details, and vendor documents to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

  • Vendor Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors by collecting, validating, and processing required documentation. Ensure all onboarding materials are complete and accurate.

  • Database Maintenance: Maintain digital records and ensure database cleanliness. Organize and archive documents systematically to support easy retrieval and compliance requirements.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze basic data reports to support the Vendor Support and Procurement teams. Identify trends, highlight issues, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
