Position Overview


As a Remote Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our business processing operations. You will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, classifying documents based on client specifications, and verifying information to ensure the highest levels of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities


As a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with various essential duties that contribute to our overall operational success. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Data Entry Operations: Perform data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy, ensuring all information is entered correctly according to client requirements and established guidelines.

  • Document Classification: Manually identify and classify various types of forms and documents, specifically MEDI documents, based on client-specified criteria and categorization protocols.

  • Quality Verification: Review and verify entered data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all processed documents.

  • Multi-Task Management: Work on different tasks including Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry-related functions as required by client needs.

  • Procedure Compliance: Adhere strictly to established procedures, guidelines, and company policies to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges independently and develop effective solutions.

  • Self-Direction: Work with a close degree of supervision while maintaining the ability to be self-guided and manage your workload effectively.

  • Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and consistent performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Requirements



  • Typing Speed: Must pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM)

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a working environment

  • Availability: Must be available to work 40+ hours per week in an office work environment
