Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Processor to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position offering standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time) with no weekend requirements – giving you the work-life balance you deserve!

As a Remote Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and classifying various types of documentation and information in accordance with client specifications. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy standards. You'll receive comprehensive paid training to ensure you have the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of the arenaflex team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Accurate Data Entry: Perform high-precision data entry tasks in accordance with client-specific requirements and quality standards. Your accuracy is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our clients' information systems.

  • Document Classification: Manually identify and classify various types of forms and documentation (including MEDI documents) based on established client guidelines and procedures.

  • Multi-Task Management: Handle a variety of tasks including data entry, verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry-related functions as assigned.

  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring all information is correctly translated and recorded.

  • Process Compliance: Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and established guidelines for all data processing activities.

  • Problem Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during data entry and document processing tasks.

  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to overall department success and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues.

  • Professional Communication: Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency and address any questions or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications:


  • Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional work experience in an office or administrative setting

  • Availability: Must be available to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT)

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general computer operations

  • Physical Capability: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time as required for data entry tasks

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in data entry, document processing, or information management roles
