Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Data Entry Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our business processing operations, contributing to the smooth and accurate handling of critical information for our clients. You will be responsible for entering, verifying, and processing various types of data and documents with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
This is a full-time position with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time. We are pleased to offer a schedule with no required weekends, allowing you to maintain a consistent work-life balance. However, we maintain flexibility for weekend availability based on business needs, with appropriate advance notice and compensation.

Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our data processing team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. Your primary duties will include:

- Document Classification: Manually identifying and sorting various types of forms and documents, including MEDI forms, based on specific client criteria and processing protocols.
- Document Categorization: Classifying and organizing documents according to client requirements, ensuring proper indexing and retrieval for future reference.
- Multi-Task Processing: Working on a variety of tasks including data entry, verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry-related functions as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and workload demands.
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing and verifying entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during processing, seeking guidance when necessary while exercising independent judgment.
