Position Overview: Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent – Appliance Delivery

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers regarding appliance deliveries. This position is a temporary work-from-home opportunity with a full-time schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team.

Department Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST), with rotating Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus incentives

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about their appliance deliveries. Your ability to provide accurate, timely, and friendly assistance will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. After completing our comprehensive 5-week training program, you will be fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, your primary focus will be to assist customers through inbound telephone calls, answering questions and providing information about major appliance deliveries. Here's a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:


  • Customer Inquiry Handling: Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers seeking information about appliance deliveries, order status, and product availability. Your goal is to provide accurate and helpful information that meets the customer's needs.

  • Order Processing Support: Assist customers with order processing inquiries, including tracking shipments, confirming delivery dates, and updating order details as needed.

  • Delivery Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate appliance deliveries, ensuring that customers receive their products at convenient times and that all logistics are properly managed.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve post-delivery issues, including delivery delays, damaged products, missing items, or any other concerns that customers may have. You will serve as their advocate, working with multiple internal departments to ensure satisfactory resolutions.

  • Alternative Solutions: Offer alternate resolutions and options when standard procedures cannot meet customer expectations. Your problem-solving skills will be key in finding creative solutions that satisfy customers.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide support to Store Associates, Call Center Associates, and Consumers in all aspects of the delivery process, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

  • Quality Service Experience: Create an outstanding quality service experience for every customer, acting as an advocate on their behalf. You will collaborate with various internal departments to achieve reasonable and satisfactory outcomes.

  • Compliance and Integrity: Meet all work schedule demands and obligations with compliance, integrity, and according to our values, processes, and policies.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leadership, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
