What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers of one of the nation's leading power and utility companies. Your primary responsibility is to handle high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support Excellence: Respond to inbound calls from residential and commercial customers seeking assistance with power outage issues, billing inquiries, payment processing, and service management. Work Environment & Requirements
At arenaflex, we believe that a successful remote work arrangement requires the right setup and environment. You'll work a set schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
