Role Overview
As a Remote Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate data entry support through our live chat platform. This role requires exceptional typing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a virtual environment. You'll be the friendly voice (or text) that customers interact with when they need assistance with their accounts, and your accuracy and professionalism will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
