About This Role: Remote Live Chat Support Representative

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline of our customer communication strategy. You'll engage with customers through live chat interfaces on our website and various social media platforms, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to their inquiries.
