Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $175–$400/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 2–3 months

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities:
• Create and analyze complex radiology questions for AI models to evaluate their diagnostic capabilities.
• Review and critique AI-generated radiology reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with medical standards.
• Provide structured feedback on AI outputs, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring model alignment with clinical practices.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams and project managers to meet deadlines and deliver accurate insights.

Requirements:
• Strong professional experience as a radiologist.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess AI-generated reports and highlight discrepancies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clearly articulating medical insights.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
