We are looking for a creative culinary professional with a strong foundation in professional cooking techniques and a flair for developing exciting new dishes and food concepts. You will play a key role in defining our client's culinary future, working collaboratively with a distributed team.

Responsibilities: Conceptualize, develop, and test new recipes and menu items, focusing on innovation, taste, and presentation. Create detailed recipe cards, including precise measurements, step-by-step instructions, and cooking techniques suitable for various skill levels. Collaborate with the Head Chef and other culinary team members remotely via video conferencing and digital platforms to refine dishes and concepts. Develop culinary content, such as cooking guides, video scripts, and ingredient spotlights, for digital platforms and publications. Ensure all developed recipes are cost-effective and align with the company's brand and target audience. Research current food trends, ingredients, and culinary techniques globally to inspire new creations. Maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene in your personal workspace during recipe development. Document the development process, including ingredient sourcing, preparation methods, and tasting notes. Contribute to the overall creative direction and culinary vision of the brand. Manage your own time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Qualifications: Culinary degree or equivalent professional chef training. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant or catering environment. Demonstrated creativity and a passion for food innovation, with a portfolio showcasing developed dishes and concepts. Excellent understanding of diverse cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Proficiency in recipe development and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms is a plus.
