About the Role

As an Innovation Investigator (Technology Analyst), you will become an integral part of our Technology Office, working alongside experienced professionals across multiple business domains. This position offers exposure to various teams including Air Operations, Client and Business Operations, System and Services, and People and Finance. About the Technology Department

• Quality Management Office (QMO): This team focuses on ensuring the quality of applications used by our flight attendants and pilots in their daily operations. You will work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, and Product Owners to test applications during development cycles, analyze quality metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership about testing progress and software quality.


• Client and Business Development: Join teams that are pioneering new revenue-generating products beyond our core air travel services. This includes exciting initiatives in vacation packages and travel services that expand arenaflex's footprint in the broader travel industry.


• System and Services: Work on infrastructure and service management teams that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.


• People and Finance: Contribute to internal systems that support our most valuable assets—our people—and ensure financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technology Analyst at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that make a real difference. Your duties will include:

• Collaborate with business clients to conduct comprehensive requirements analysis related to systems and business processes, translating business needs into quality technical solutions

Required Qualifications
