What You'll Do: Make an Impact Every Single Day
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice and face of our brand, interacting with customers through multiple channels including phone, live chat, and email. Key Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across phone, live chat, and email platforms, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions regardless of the communication channel.

The arenaflex Schedule: Your 4-Day Weekend Adventure
One of the most exciting aspects of this position is our innovative 4-day workweek designed to give you that precious weekend time while still maintaining a full-time schedule. We believe in work-life harmony, and our scheduling model reflects that commitment.
Shift Schedule:
- Saturday: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM Eastern Time
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM Eastern Time
- Monday: 10-Hour Shift between 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time
- Tuesday: 10-Hour Shift between 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time
That's right – you'll work a 10-hour shift over four days, giving you a full three-day weekend to recharge, pursue hobbies, spend time with family, or whatever brings you joy! We also offer flexibility within the daily schedule, allowing you to work with your manager to find the optimal timing that works for you.
