About the BassCab Core Division
The BassCab Core team at arenaflex represents the backbone of our customer service operations, handling essential banking inquiries and providing top-tier support to our valued customers across the nation. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of the arenaflex Customer Care team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Customer Interaction Excellence: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You'll be the friendly voice that customers trust when they need assistance with their banking needs.
- Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, ask clarifying questions when needed, and provide accurate solutions that address their needs. You'll use your judgment and decision-making skills to resolve issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Become proficient in arenaflex's range of banking products and services. You'll maintain thorough knowledge of account management, transactions, troubleshooting, and general banking procedures.
- De-escalation Techniques: Master the art of turning potentially stressful situations into positive interactions. Your exceptional listening skills and calm demeanor will help customers feel heard and valued.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (in any industry)
- Ability to work from a home office environment that meets our technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field

Work From Home Requirements
This is a 100% work-from-home position. To ensure you can perform at your best and provide excellent service to our customers, you must meet the following technical requirements:
- Secure Home Office: You need a dedicated, private home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions during work hours.
- Internet Connection: A reliable private internet connection is required. This must NOT be supplied via cellular data or mobile hotspot. Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) are strongly preferred.
- Network Security: Your home network must be password-protected, and you should have ownership or clear line of sight to every device connected to your network.
- Speed Requirements: Your ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred. You can test your speed by visiting a search engine and running a speed test from the browser.
- Prohibited Connections: Hotspots and satellite internet services are prohibited and do not meet the performance criteria required for optimal agent-customer interactions.
Note: arenaflex reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package. Requirements are subject to change as new systems and technology are implemented. We will provide 60 days' notice of any modifications to these requirements.
Location Requirements
This role is designated as 100% work from home within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who do not meet our Work from Home compatible internet access requirements or who reside in California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Work-from-home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States.

- Annual Salary: The minimum and maximum full-time annual salary for this role is $43,680. The actual annualized salary offered will be based on your experience, qualifications, and the location where you perform the work.
